Our special assistance service

Free wheelchair transport

Transport of your wheelchair is of course free of charge. Simply notify our Customer Support team that you will travel with a wheelchair after you have booked your flight. The requirements for travelling with a battery-operated wheelchair and further information can be found in our FAQs.

Free additional services

Should you and the person accompanying you require additional help at check-in or boarding, we will do whatever we can to help you. Once again, simply notify our Customer Support team of the assistance you require.

First on board

Passengers with a disability are of course the first to board the airplane with SkyWork Airlines.

Travel with an accompanying person


Completely immobile passengers or those who cannot orientate themselves independently require someone to accompany them for safety reasons.

Guide dogs

We ask you to understand that unfortunately only one guide dog can be taken on board on each flight. Please check the available seats in advance. The guide dog will be permitted to travel free of charge. Please notify our Customer Support team that you travel with a guide dog.
